Welcome to the CheckPawynt Online Veterinary Appointment and Pet Records System. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to follow these terms.
2. User Responsibilities
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
• You must not misuse, spam, or attempt to damage the system.
3. Pet Registration
• Provide correct and complete details about your pets.
• False information may lead to appointment rejection.
4. Appointment Booking
• Book only on available dates displayed on the appointment calendar.
• Select the correct type of service.
• Duplicate bookings may be cancelled by the admin.
• Emergency appointments must include complete details and files.
5. Appointment Approval / Rejection
• Admin will approve or reject appointments based on schedule and availability.
• You will receive SMS + system notifications for each status update.
• Approval is not guaranteed.
6. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation is allowed ONLY 1 day before the appointment.
• Same-day cancellations are not accepted.
• The admin will receive an SMS when you cancel.
• Frequent cancellations may affect future bookings.
7. SMS & Notification Consent
By registering, you agree to receive the following SMS and system alerts:
• Appointment approval / rejection
• Appointment reminder (1 day before)
• Cancellation updates
• Emergency appointment status
8. Pet Medical Records
• Completed appointments generate medical records.
• Records may include diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, and vet notes.
• Users and admins can view and print pet records.
9. Privacy & Data Policy
All personal information is protected under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). We do not share your data with third parties except for clinic operations.
10. Restricted Activities
• Fake accounts
• Fake pet information
• Spamming appointments
• Hacking / tampering the system
are strictly prohibited.
11. System Availability
The system may undergo maintenance or updates anytime.
